At Apekhyaa, we treat your personal data with the same respect we’d expect for our own families. We operate a local quick-commerce delivery and home service business in Golaghat, Assam. We do not engage in data harvesting, shady tracking, or selling personal information to advertising brokers.

We only ask for details strictly necessary to provide fast, reliable deliveries and services:
- Contact Details: Your name, mobile number, and optional email address for order notifications, OTP login, and rider communication.
- Delivery Location: Your address, landmark, and GPS coordinates to calculate delivery time and route our delivery partner to your door.
- Order History: The items you purchase (meat cuts, water jars, grocery items) and booking details for home services to generate invoices and fulfill repeats.
- Device Information: Basic technical logs (browser type, OS, IP address) solely to protect against fraud and bot abuse.
3. How We Use Your Information
• To process, pack, and fulfill your retail orders in 15 to 20 minutes.
• To connect verified local service technicians (electricians, plumbers, deep cleaners) to your home.
• To send SMS/WhatsApp order updates, delivery dispatch alerts, and digital receipts.
• To resolve customer care issues and process legitimate refunds when applicable.
4. Payments & Infrastructure Partners
We rely on trusted, certified technology infrastructure:
All online payments (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking) are processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregator Razorpay with 256-bit SSL encryption. Apekhyaa never sees or stores your CVV, bank passwords, or UPI PIN.
Account authentication and live catalog synchronization are managed securely on Google Cloud Platform with role-based security rules.
5. Local Storage & Cookies
We use browser local storage to remember your active cart, selected address, and dark/light display theme preference so you don’t have to re-enter them on every visit. We do not use invasive third-party cross-site advertising cookies.
6. Data Deletion & Account Erasure
You have the absolute right to delete your profile and personal data. You can trigger deletion within your Profile modal or by emailing our team at support@apekhyaa.com. Upon verification, all your non-statutory records will be erased within 7 business days.
